Well since your last entry, they've been up and down. I think Manuel's "you better do good or you're out of the rotation" to Perez worked. So far he's done great. Now if the offense would just turn on for Santana... He pitches good but no run support.

And we need some sort of an exorcism. Since Benetiz, we haven't really had a closer who can come through in the big game. I swear Benetiz must have done something to the mound. Wagner is falling right into it.

Well they won last night, 7 to 0 against the Giants. Pelfrey looked like the Pelfrey he should be. Let's hope he can keep this up and become at least a #2 or #3 starter.
 

Wow a shutout by the Mets and Heilman didn't screw it up. Plus Delgado is hitting. Is he the real Delgado or did an alien take over his body (see M.I.B. with Will Smith)?

Anyway, they're 1.5 out. Lets hope they go on a winning streak and overtake first place.
